Baylee Allen-Flores is a Doctoral Candidate in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Nebraska Omaha. Her research interests include risk-needs assessments, implementation science, prison misconduct, and prison policy. She is involved in two projects with Dr. Zach Hamilton: Washington One Needs Assessment and Washington One User Manual.

Baylee has accepted an Assistant Professor position in the Criminology Department at DePaul University! She will begin her new position in Fall 2025.
