Nebraska detention Risk Assessment Instrument (RAI) validiation study
Abstract
The Administrative Office of the Courts and Probation (AOCP) Juvenile Probation Services Division of Nebraska contracted with the Juvenile Justice Institute (JJI) and Nebraska Center for Justice Research (NCJR) to validate the state’s juvenile detention screening instrument: the Nebraska Intake Risk Assessment Instrument (RAI).
